Recognition of Prior Learning / Exemptions

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) can be attained through the assessment process. If our assessors are confident that the competency/s of an indivudal had been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning which meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited course.




This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a rnage of complex customer service roles. This would include working with multiple communication channels, providing excellent customer service, adhering to KPI's, working in a team environment, providing support to a team, providing technical advice and capturing data.
