Recognition of Prior Learning / Exemptions
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) can be attained through the assessment process. If our assessors are confident that the competency/s of an indivudal had been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning which meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited course.
This qualifications reflect the role of individuals who have the primary responsibility of engaging with the customer, maintaining daily store operations and delivering in organisational expectations.
