Recognition of Prior Learning / Exemptions
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) can be attained through the assessment process. If our assessors are confident that the competency/s of an indivudal had been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning which meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited course
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who lead a frontline team and mange day to day operations of a retail store or department to implement and deliver on organisational objectives and standards.
